From neon pink plaid at the Clara Chu show to fur trims at Burberry; take a look at what front row guests wore to LFW February 2026 💭
1. Informal Formal Wear 👔
This season at LFW, tailoring got a much-needed reality check. Blazers were slouched, ties were optional, and crisp silhouettes came with sneakers, knits, and a don’t-care attitude. Think officewear… but after hours. The vibe was less boardroom, more cool friend who might have a meeting later. It was all about mixing structure with softness proving that formal doesn’t have to mean stiff, and casual doesn’t have to mean careless.
Shear Genius 🧥
Outerwear at LFW proved that warmth and drama can coexist. From oversized faux fur to textured shearling and plush trims, coats became the main event rather than an afterthought. These weren’t just practical layers - they were statements, styled to look intentionally indulgent and unapologetically bold. Whether thrown over tailored looks or paired with casual fits, the message was clear: if you’re going to bundle up, you might as well do it with flair.
3. Plaid Intentions 🧶
Plaid showed up with purpose. No longer reserved for school uniforms or heritage styling, checks were oversized, clashing, layered, and reworked into something entirely modern. Whether wrapped into coats or cut into sharp silhouettes, plaid became a symbol of controlled chaos, familiar but unpredictable. It felt nostalgic and rebellious at once, like tradition meeting attitude, and honestly? We’re here for it.
